“I think we’re all a little bit disappointed to start with considering how we played in the first half.

“I thought if we carried that on for the second half we’d have gone on and won the game. Now it goes down to the last game of the season against Celtic and I think the togetherness we have in the team gives us a chance.

“I think if we play at the level we played at in the first half over 90 minutes we’ve got a very good chance on Sunday. We’ll be focussing on us going there and doing a job. It’s disappointing we didn’t get the three points, but I thought we could have got them today. We’ve now got to go to Celtic and do what we haven’t done, but I think on the back of our run at the moment I think we’ve got a chance.

“There’s a lot of things that can happen and there’s lots of variables, but at the end of the day we’re going down to Celtic to win the game. It’s as simple as that. What happens in the other game will happen, so we want to finish the season well.

“Celtic are at the top, but they’ve been beaten a few times this season and we’ve got to go and show a similar attitude as Hearts did when they beat them 4-0 to get the three points. The last few games have been cup finals for us. We’ve had to go and get points in every game and it’s disappointing the last two where we haven’t picked up a win, but they’re all cup finals and Sunday is the biggest one really.

“The Gaffer and the players that have been here for the last few seasons have said that this has been the toughest season. If we get second this year then it would be amazing.

“What I thought about Scottish football is a lot different from now having played in it for two seasons. I think the standard this year from when I was playing at Rangers is a lot better and you see the players coming in and the coaches, it’s a very good standard.

“I’ve came up here and of course wanted to play every game, but I think I wasn’t in a good place when I first came up here, fitness wise. I think since Christmas I’ve really picked it up and the gaffer has given me a chance the last couple of months and I’ve finally found a bit of form. I’m just gutted I couldn’t show that a bit earlier in the season. I’m just going to focus on the last game of the season and see what happens after that.

“It always takes a good few months to settle in and it took me a bit of time here.

“I came up here to start with and I’m living in a flat on my own and I can’t stand being on my own. I end up talking to myself! Then I got closer to the lads and start mingling with them and it’s a lot better.

“Now that I’m settled in I’ve enjoyed my football a lot more. The lads, coaches and the gaffer make it really enjoyable and I love coming in here every day.”
