WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Gas and Electrical Safety Test

I got CAS Duncan to carry out gas and electrical safety tests plus install fire alarms which they did to a high standard. The workmen turned up when they said they would and got everything done in one day, including a couple of things that only became apparent once they started work.

They also emailed PDF copies of the certificates as well as posting out hard copies in a timely manner.

Will definitely be using these guys again in future, and would recommend them to anyone.

Oven Repair

My oven stopped working recently. Phoned CAS on the Wednesday and it was fixed by the Thursday afternoon. Great customer care from the beginning. The phone operator who made the appointment was very friendly and polite as was the repair man Sean, who answered all my questions and gave, great advice. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Ten outta ten.

Home installation

Craig was professional, efficient and helpful. He was thorough and checked his work before he left. The appointment was not rushed and the quality of the work is excellent. Thank you

Covid-19 Update

At the moment we are offering a reduced service during lockdown for repair works and the installation of replacement appliances only.

Please email us on mail@casduncan.co.uk with any requests and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our phone lines are manned from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

As a duty of care to our customers and technicians, if anybody in a customer’s property is self-isolating as a result of Coronavirus we will be unable to visit you until the isolation period is over. This is to protect our technicians and to prevent the spread of the virus to other customers. Anyone calling us to book a visit will be asked whether they (or anyone they have been in contact with) have Coronavirus symptoms or a positive test result ahead of each booking.

For service visits that can go ahead, our technicians are strictly following government guidelines. They are carrying hand sanitiser and will thoroughly wash their hands at the start and end of each visit.

They need to use the external door nearest to the location of the work.

They must be able to wash their hands before and after carrying out the repair

They will ask you to stay in another room for the duration of the visit. If this is not possible you must stay a minimum of 2 metres from the technician

They won't ask you for a signature once the visit is completed to avoid contact

If, at any point our technician believes that entering your home could be a risk to you, them or other customers, the visit will be aborted and rescheduled.
