VACANCY | IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We have a vacancy for a permanent IT Support Analyst to join the Club as soon as possible. The role will involve being the first point of contact for IT support to all end users on a range of different solutions, involved in the day to day running of the IT operation and provide operational and system support on matchdays.
The ideal candidate will be confident in working in a fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team, ambitious and keen to learn as well as approachable and hard working. Applicants should be an excellent communicator, have sound analytical and troubleshooting skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Applicants must be proficient in MS365 and the Windows 11 operating system and have a working proficiency in standard desktop applications.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious university graduate with a passion for technology who is looking to kick start their career in technology. Alternatively, it would suit a person with at least 2 years’ experience in an IT support role and is looking to advance their career. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn and develop with full support given from peers and any required training will be provided in-house or by external training providers.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week from 9am – 5pm as well as matchdays. The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role, which may involve out-of-hours work including evenings and weekends.
The role is based at Pittodrie Stadium, but the post holder will be required at times to work from home and Cormack Park.
