AberDNA Junior now has 9,000 members! 10-year-old Scott Forsyth had the honour of being the 9,000th member to join the Club’s FREE memebership initiatve.

‘Sign for the Dons’

Scott signed up for AberDNA Junior and attended the latest ‘Sign for the Dons’ day on Friday 15th April.

These events are free and give kids behind the scenes access at Pittodrie. They will ceremonially ‘sign their contract’ with the Reds, before being ‘unveiled’ as our ‘latest signing’ with a RedTV interview and a tour of the Home Dressing Room and Tunnel.

There have been eight of these events held so far, with 2,000 members taking part.

Scott was delighted with his experience at the ‘Sign for the Dons’ event, the Sunnybank Primary pupil said: “I had a brilliant time at Pittodrie, especially going into the first team dressing room and seeing where the players get ready for a game.

“Going through the tunnel and out on to the pitch with the match ball was the best bit. I like playing in goals and Joe Lewis is my favourite player.”

More details on the next opportunity to ‘Sign for the Dons’ will be announced on the club website and emailed to Junior members!
