Aberdeen Football Club is excited to announce that Single Sign On has now arrived for Shop and RedTV!

The Dons Account is designed to simplify the way that supporters interact with the Club online. It is a single online account with just one username and one password which allows supporters easy access to the Club’s sites including our primary website (afc.co.uk), ticketing (afc.co.uk/eTickets), Shop (afc.co.uk/shop) and RedTV (redtv.afc.co.uk).

Benefits of having a Dons Account

Only one account with one password is now required ensuring a more consistent experience when making purchases online or viewing content and reducing the chances of forgetting passwords or usernames. Supporters also now have greater control over how they hear from us through the preference centre.

Supporters will need to create their Dons Account in order to purchase match tickets/season tickets and memberships, along with online merchandise as well as RedTV packages.

Supporters will be able to complete and update their personal details in the profile section of their Dons Account in one place, and also change their preferences on receiving marketing information from the Club.

Nearly 29,000 have already signed up with a Dons account for the ticketing site. You can now link your Shop and RedTV accounts as described below.

Linking RedTV Account

Supporters can link their existing RedTV Account here. When visiting this page, you will be prompted to enter the username & password of your existing RedTV system account.

You will only need to enter your details once to link with your Dons Account.

Virtual Season Tickets

Please note that home match access for Virtual Season Ticket holders will revert to the separate website from Saturday’s match. Please go to VirtualST.afc.co.uk and use the same login as before. For more details on your Virtual Season Ticket and how to access please click here.

Linking Shop Account

The Shop site will automatically try to match based on Dons ID, e-mail, first name and last name. These details need to match to link accounts correctly.

Setting up your Dons Account

Supporters who do not have a Dons account first must link their existing ticketing account (Dons ID) to their new Dons Account in order to retain their ticketing profile. Link your account here to start the process which only needs to be done once.
