Vacancy | Youth Academy Coach

The Club is an ambitious organisation looking towards further success and long-term sustainability in support of our football team by adding value across every area of our day to day business for the overall benefit of our staff, supporters and clients.

We currently have a vacancy for a Youth Academy Coach (Children’s Phase U10s). By adopting the coaching philosophy and values of Aberdeen Football Club, this position primarily focuses on the development of individual youth players within a team environment. The role will involve guiding players through the club’s performance environment and helping individuals fulfil their potential.

The commitment is 3 training session per week plus ADJFA matches on a Sunday as required.

To apply coaches must hold the relevant coaching qualification of Scottish FA 1.3 Children’s Coaching Award (Coaching in the Game – Children’s Pathway) or above and be willing to undertake a Scottish FA Level 2 Children’s Licence course within the next 12 months.

Interviews for these roles are expected to start the week commencing 7th September 2020.
