Supporter Info | Kilmarnock v Aberdeen

Notes from the pre-ops meeting:

The weather forecast for Saturday in Kilmarnock is 22 degrees, 10% chance of rain and light winds.

Please check local radio and Traffic Scotland for travel updates. Anyone entering or leaving through the town centre may encounter congestion due to some road works.

Supporters coaches can park at Holmquarry Road and Burnside Street. Arrangements have been made with the Disabled Supporters Coach.

Supporters travelling by car can utilise the surrounding streets, bearing in mind the needs of local residents.

The Dons support will be accommodated in the Chadwick Stand and the turnstiles will open one hour before kick off.

Tickets are for allocated seating. All supporters will be issued with a ticket, including those bought on the day. Stewards have been asked to ensure allocated seating.

Aberdeen end tickets will be available on the day from the Gym/Community Coaches Office on Rugby Road – please note this is cash only.

Please be aware that supporters should expect to be searched prior to entering the stadium and adhere to any instructions given to you by stewards.

Ground regulations generally mirror those at Pittodrie Stadium and are clearly displayed in and around the stadium. Please note, no surfing flags and no flag sticks are permitted.

The stadium is a no smoking area.

Points of interest:

• Aberdeen fans will be seated in the Chadwick stand on Rugby Road.

• Aberdeen fans will be made most welcome in the in both the Sports Bar (Frank Beattie stand) and the Park Hotel (adjacent to the stadium) prior to and after the match.

Nb. No children are allowed in the Sports Bar on a match day.

Please be aware that there is refurbishment work being carried out in the Coffee Shop area of the hotel so there is reduced capacity.

There are a number of other local establishments (within walking distance) who will welcome visiting fans e.g. Brass and Granite, Macs Bar, Howard Arms, Lucky 7 and the Portmann Hotel. The town centre is a 10 minute walk from the stadium and there are a number of bars and restaurants situated there.

Away Supporter buses should park in Burnside Street (KA1 4EU) or Holmquarry Road (KA1 4DA), Kilmarnock resulting in a short 10 minute walk to the stadium (see map attached).
