AFC Supporter Forum Update

Last month the third meeting of the AFC Supporter Forum took place at Pittodrie as a number of Dons fans, including representatives from Dons Supporters Together and Red Army Displays, met with AFC staff to discuss a number of issues including improving the matchday experience at Pittodrie.

The group were also given an insight into the results from the latest supporter survey held by the club in January and how the club will be looking to build on the feedback from supporters.

Most of the discussion on the night built on the previous meeting where the subject of improving the matchday experience was discussed at great length with several proposals put forward by the group with a view to adding colour, noise and entertainment.

Off the back of that meeting plans are now being progressed to utilise the RDS Concourse on matchday and a number of items have already been trialled with varying levels of success throughout the season, mainly in terms of flags and displays. The focus of discussion has been to improve the experience, not only at Pittodrie, but also at the new stadium.

The next meeting of the AFC Supporter Forum will take place in late April or Early May.
