As the season draws to a close for many clubs The Dons still have lots to play for with a Scottish Cup Semi-Final this Saturday and what will be an important end to the league season with matches against all of our nearest rivals still to come.

A record number of season tickets were sold ahead of the 2017/18 season with over 11,000 members of the Red Army giving their backing to the players and management team. With season ticket prices being frozen for 2018/19, the team competing at the top end of the table with the second-best home record in the league and a number of key players signed-up for the long term, the foundations are in place to exceed that number once again as we look to retain our status as one of the top sides in the country.

AFC’s Commercial Director, Rob Wicks said, “It was great for the club to reach a record number of season tickets last year and we want to build on that for the coming season. With a price freeze in place and the opportunity to spread the cost over a few months there are options for supporters. Over the course of the season we have had a strong record at home and our season ticket holders have played a part in that, they make a real difference.”

For the first time, season ticket holders will also be able to save up to 15%* on their season ticket by becoming an AberDNA member. U12s who sign-up to AberDNA will receive a discount of 50% on their season ticket!

Over 1,000 Dons supporters have signed-up so far and will receive a compelling range of benefits, including the season ticket discount, with proceeds of the membership going exclusively towards the Football Operation.

“We have been delighted with the response that we have received from supporters all around the world to AberDNA and what we are trying to do with it. We are very grateful to those who have opted to become members so far and feel that it is really worthwhile for season ticket holders to join us, to help us level the playing field and to get the discount on their season tickets which could be up to £61.50.”

Supporters will once again have the chance to spread the cost over a few months with three and four-month payment options available. No extra fees will be passed on as the interest costs will be covered by AFC.

*In order to receive the AberDNA member discount when buying online supporters must sign-up to AberDNA in a separate transaction before purchasing a season ticket. Alternatively, you can call the Pittodrie Ticket Office and we will process both for you and enable your discount.
