The new striker spoke to RedMatchday Magazine.

“Everyone at the club has made me feel very welcome over the past couple of days and been rally good to me. All the staff have done everything they can to make me feel part of the club.

“As soon I walked through the door you notice there is a really good buzz about the place.

“I know Aberdeen is a top club. I feel very proud to be here. Any footballers aim is to get as high as possible in the game. I will to do as well as I can here for myself and for the club.

“I watched the game up at Ross County. I went up there after I signing all the paperwork at the team hotel in Inverness.

“I was really impressed.

“As expected Ross County came out strongly for the first 10 to 15 minutes but once we got the first goal then we controlled the game. The two late goals were more down to sloppiness. I was really impressed with the lads, with how they moved the ball quickly.

“Everything seemed to work perfectly. The three behind the striker were all moving about getting on the ball and switching the play. It was good to see Adam get his two goals.

“There was great movement for the second goal. I know I will learn a lot from him.”
