Vacancy: First Team Physiotherapist

The First Team Physiotherapist will be an experienced therapist whose role will comprise assessing, rehabilitating, and returning full-time athletes back to competition safely, in addition to travelling with full-time squads.

Based at Pittodrie Stadium the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Physiotherapy care with the support of the Medical and Football Science team. Full details of the role can be found in the job description.

Core hours will be in line with the professional squads' training calendar. However, the successful candidate should be available for evening and weekend work where this is required as dictated by the match schedule and will be expected to travel at times with the professional squads for matches as required.

The First Team Physiotherapist should be degree qualified in Physiotherapy and HPC registered. Experience of operating within an elite and multidisciplinary football environment and designing and implementing rehabilitation programmes are all essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with players, staff and senior management and be adaptable and innovative.
