Dementia Friendly Wellbeing Sessions - Sign up now!

29 February 2016

This Programme is a City-Wide approach to help people living with Dementia access physical activity across Aberdeen. All of these sessions are facilitated by staff members who have completed Dementia Information sessions with Alzheimer’s Scotland.

Each partner is committed to integrating people living with Dementia, their families and carers into existing services, and by working collaboratively we hope to increase opportunities for as many people in the community as possible, offer support to those people, and to make Aberdeen a Dementia Friendly City.

As part of this programme AFCCT will deliver a wide range of fun filled activities which are open to everyone from February-April. To find out more about how you can get involved please download our information leaflet.

To register or book a session call 01224 650400* or email dementiafriendly@afccommunitytrust.org *9am – 5pm. Please quote ‘dementia friendly’ when calling.

Aberdeen FC Community Trust are supported by the Life Changes Trust, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, to make our Initiatives, and Aberdeen City, a Dementia Friendly Community.
