AFC Ladies Day, Sun 3rd April 2016

29 February 2016

Aberdeen FC is delighted to announce that the last Ladies Day event of the season will take place on Sunday 3rd April as we welcome Hamilton Academical to Pittodrie.

This event is now firmly established in the social calendars of ladies in the City and once again the Club is delighted to be donating all monies raised on the day to be shared equally between two worthy local charities.

AFC Community Trust is the football club’s official partner charity, working with local communities ‘To provide support and opportunity to change lives for the better.’

Participants aged from 3 to 93+ years of age benefit from a wide range of inclusive activities addressing issues including health & wellbeing, disability, mental health, social inclusion and dementia. AFCCT work closely with Aberdeen FC and many other local charities, ‘doing the right thing’ through 70,000+ participations each year.

Cornerstone will be the guest charity beneficiary as we bring a touch of glamour to the match-day experience. Every day across Scotland, Cornerstone provides care and support services for adults, children and young people with disabilities and other support needs. They operate with a person centred approach and identify outcomes for everyone they support based on four key areas – increased social inclusion, improved health, improved independence and improved wellbeing.

Our VIP Ladies Day attendees will enjoy pink champagne and cocktails on arrival, a delicious three course meal with wine and of course, the chance to win many exciting prizes that have been generously donated by our Ladies Day partners. There is also the opportunity to meet and mingle with the first team players, so ‘dress to impress’ and support not only your local club, but local charities.

A limited number of spaces remain available priced at £125pp +VAT.
