  Notes:

• Please note: Under 12 and Family match tickets can only be purchased from the Customer Services Department.
• Ticket prices in the South Stand for all Category A (Old Firm) games will be £1 higher. However all purchasers of Old Firm tickets will beentitled to a £1 discount on the price of non Old Firm tickets for the South Stand. This will strictly be on a one per person basis on tickets bought up to the day before the Old Firm game. It must also be claimed within 2 non Old Firm games of the fixture.
• Tickets booked over the phone will be subject to a booking fee of £1 per transaction. This is to cover credit/debit card charges and handling. Tickets booked online through eTickets will be subject to a handling fee of £1 per transaction and an eTickets booking fee of £1 per ticket. The eTickets booking fee is due to the cost of hosting the eTickets service. Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Cup Admission Prices: All Cup admission prices will be set in advance of each fixture. Aberdeen Football Club understands the term 'Concession' to mean: all under 18s (under 18 years of age on 4th August 2012), Senior Citizens (men & women over 60 years of age) and students in full-time education and able to provide the relevant Student ID upon request.
• Aberdeen Football Club understands the term 'Under 12' to mean: under 12 years of age on 4th August 2012. The Merkland Stand has been designated as our family stand, therefore all adults, with the exception of senior citizens, must be accompanied by a child. Season Ticket holders may not get their regular seat for Cup games if the stand in which they sit is not opened for the Cup game in question. All efforts will be made to ensure that Season Ticket holders are given the best available seats in an alternative part of the ground.
• In line with the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 Pittodrie Stadium is a no smoking environment. Once you enter the footprint of the Stadium the smoking restrictions come into effect with no pass outs available for smokers.
• All family tickets must be purchased for the same stand/category to qualify for the group discount
