Three local youngsters have put pen to paper on deals that will see them join the ranks of the AFC Youth Academy.

All three recruits join from local side ALC Lewis United as a result of a flourishing partnership between the club and ALC Lewis United.

Striker Chris Blackett will join our Under 14 side, while centre back Michael Rose will feature in our Under 17's side alongside fellow centre back Gordon Forbes.

AFC would like to thank ALC Lewis United, particularly the coaches of the above youngsters, who were instrumental in paving the way for the boys to make the move to our Youth Academy.

The signings mark an important milestone for AFC Youth Academy as the Club continues their efforts to nurture home grown talent.
